I was going to be in Atlanta for a couple of days and had made tentative plans to see the top of my bucket list, however while en route I realized that it was not going to be logistically possible to see her as planned. A quick search of TER performance scores led me to Heidi. I phoned her, left a message and she quickly returned my call. I emailed her my references that evening and we were set. This was Thursday and I wanted to do a Monday morning meeting. This is a pro's pro. She can be difficult to reach but she will call you back - in my experience it took several days but she did call in the time window I requested. She is not a raging beauty but more the mom next door. If all the moms next door were like Heidi this would be a happier world.
