Emailed Heidi and she replied within a day. I think she would prefer a phone call first, but we later chatted by phone also. I set a time a few days in advance. Met a North Perimiter hotel. Nice hotel and she had food waiting: chocolate, fruit cup, yogurt, croissants, water and champagne. I think she had other food as well. I arrived on time and she was ready. I walked through the door and received a very good greeting.
