Had read so many great reviews of Katy that I decided to take the plunge. Sent her an email and got a quick phone call back. Easy to talk to on the phone and painless screening. I could tell right away she is the kind to make you feel right at home like you've known her for years. Met her at her hotel and got room number to come on up.
