Had read the previous reviews on this lady and was every I expected and more. She is a very attractive women and easy to set up with. Her place is clean and private and she is as professional in set up as any professional outfit.....she was easy to talk to and definitely has a hotness about her in both her looks and her attitude... Would recommend and will repeat

Courtney is a wonderful woman who is way better looking than her pictures. She has a private studio in an office building in kempsville that has some parking that can be in a part of the shopping center that cant be seen from the road, but enough in the shopping center to not be suspicious as to why you are there. Had seen Courtney's bp ad for some time now, tried a different time but schedules did not match up. Contacted her early in the day via text and she responded back, scheduled for an appointment later in the afternoon. She texted me the address and I was off close to the appointment time. Texted her when i arrived and she led me up to her office space where the session began. Decent looking lady, pics are a bit old (as in 20 pounds ago). May repeat if I'm in a bind. Saw her ad for a while so I decided to give her a call. Standard two call system so I called once I arrived at an office building. She came down to let me in. I was pleasantly surprised cause she actually looks better than her pics. She led me to a room with a massage table. I got undressed as she went over the ground rules. I called Courtney and made my plans to visit her in her new in call location. Its easy to get to for me and plenty of parking. She met me in yoga pants and a halter top that showed off her best features. We took care of business and she told me to get undressed and hop up on the table. Called Courtney and she was available right away. She gave me directions to her studio and I was there within 30 minutes. She let me in the building and led me to her studio. Went over the rules, dropped the donation and she invited me to undress and get on her massage table. Overall above average massage and really nice finish. Worth the fee for the nice view at the end.

Was having back pain from prior accident. Saw her add and contacted thru text. She responded back and booked for later in the week. Arrived a few min early and she met me at the door. She is located in an office building in a local shopping area. Her location is on the second floor of an ok office park. She had me get undressed and gave me her rules then the massage started.

Courtney does incall massage in Virginia Beach, and advertises under body rubs on the local Back Page. Her phone number is listed, but she prefers texting. She works from a second-floor, one-room studio in a small office building. Upon arrival, I texted her from outside the building as instructed, and she came downstairs to let me in. Her studio is under construction, with the walls not painted and some curtains hung as dividers for a dressing area. She is a very nice looking woman, but somewhat older than indicated by her ad. After I laid on her massage table, she explained the rules, and gave me a very respectable deep tissue massage, including the use of hot stones. What followed the flip was only average, and for the amount of the donation, I don’t plan to repeat.

I decided to take a chance even though she looked pretty stern in her pictures. She was about 10 minutes late, but when she got out of the car I saw that her pictures did not do her justice. We quickly went into her studio and I got ready for my massage. She was worth the wait. VIPs read on....

After a few false starts I was finally able to find some time to book a session with Courtney. She looked kind of stern in her pictures, but the reviews convinced me to give her a try. She directed me to a professional building and met me at the door when I texted her that I had arrived. She was wearing yoga pants and a hooded top, but still looked good in them, and she smiled more than in her pics, which helped a lot. Late review, but saw Courtney while on business. did not speak on phone but thru text. You text her when you arrive and she lets you in. I met her the day before her office was going to do under construction. firm massage as nothing goes untouched. Worked on a few kinks i had, felt great. On the flip, i was all smiles. Great chest and knows how to use them. For the price (left a tip as well because I thought it was well worth it), I will be going back in the near future.

She is text friendly and accommodates advance booking, which I prefer. She is very friendly and professional. She has a professional space that she just recently leased and is converting to full yoga/massage studio. It's private and nice. Courtney prefers texts, so after a couple of tries I was able to set up an appointment. She posts for up to an hour, so your time may very, but's it's driven by how fast you want to go. Got general directions, got there and got a text with rm #. Met at the door by a very nice looking lady in shorts and a somewhat revealing top. Non VIPs, she delivers as advertised. VIPs read on.
