Was on short business trip and had made contact with Buffy 1 week before via email. Response within 24 hours and very cordial. Late review, but saw Courtney while on business. did not speak on phone but thru text. You text her when you arrive and she lets you in. I met her the day before her office was going to do under construction. firm massage as nothing goes untouched. Worked on a few kinks i had, felt great. On the flip, i was all smiles. Great chest and knows how to use them. For the price (left a tip as well because I thought it was well worth it), I will be going back in the near future.
