Found a review of her on TER. Liked what I read. Called Kelsey late morning. She picked up. Made the appointment for later that afternoon. She gave me directions. Called when I got in the area. Her place is in a rough part of town. It's a bit run down but not dirty. She met me outside and we walked to the side door. Walked up the stairs to her door. Called up Kelsey, easy to get in touch with. Met her at her apartment in Garfield. Greeted me at the door and walked upstairs, said people think she is a photographer which explains why people come and go. I had tried several times to hook up with Kelsey, it was all about timing but this time got it right. Standard call system and LE checks. Had to cal back several times due to bad phone connection on her part. Finally got there, to a house, looks kinda vacant and cold except for the bedroom.
