Natalie answers the phone and is very friendly and professional and makes it easy to set something up. Standard two call system. Lauren wasn't available the first few time I tried to set something up, but then I tried on a Tuesday and it was easy to find something. I saw Lauren twice, two days in a row! Also easy to find an appointment on the Wednesday. She is a totally hot petite spinner. Mixed race, mainly african american but also american indian. Great athletic and skinny body. She isn't the best I have had, but very sexy and one of the best in Cleveland. Especially for the price. Recommended.
