The setup was great with BTT. Fast reply, clear instructions, safe neighborhood, great location, plenty of parking, on time, no problems at all. Did the set up the night before, confirm by text early in the morning, again everything went smooth with BTT. Arrived at specified location, and the door magically opened just as I arrived. Made appointment on that day with another provider with the agency and was later told she was not available.
