The setup was great with BTT. Fast reply, clear instructions, safe neighborhood, great location, plenty of parking, on time, no problems at all. Did the set up the night before, confirm by text early in the morning, again everything went smooth with BTT. Arrived at specified location, and the door magically opened just as I arrived. After getting in and closing the door, Poppy greeted me, somewhat distracted her phone though. She asked me to take off my shoes which I obviously obliged, a little bit of chitchat and we walked into the living room area, again after back-and-forth chitchat, I handed over the donation package and we headed off into the bedroom.
