i had another provider set up and it fell through. I called Kimmy and she picked up right away. I asked for a half hour and she said sure. Where are you? When I told her She said she could be here at the time I wanted. I thought I would meet her somewhere so I said no. I've never had a provider to my house before. But I thought about it and said why not. I called her back ad set up a time with no problem. My wife was going out and I had the time screwed up so I called her back and switched it. All of this and not a bit of upset with her. Refreshing. She texted me several times to let me know the update. All very professional. I met her at the door and was happy with what I saw.
