In short, Nicoleta is a sweetheart of a gal. She does have good communications, cares about having a good comfortable place and good hyiene. Also, she does seem to chat a lot and seem transactional sometimes, which might put off some. For me, this is not a negative but just the level of comfort she is in and put me in.
