I couldn't believe I was chosen to take a business trip to Big D because I knew I had always wanted to Ms. Lisa Love and she did not disappoint.

Lisa is sweet, easy to talk to and be with, seems to enjoy what she does, certainly made me enjoy myself (and herself!!!) She really made me feel comfortable and natural.

I saw her TER profile and read all the amazing reviews that she had received (and my later experience proved that they were all accurate reviews). I then linked to her website and she has some amazing photos on her site and they are accurate. I was looking at her pictures late Sunday night and could hardly wait until the next morning to call her. I called her about 10 AM (Her website FAQ states that she starts taking calls about 9-10 AM) on that Monday morning and got her voicemail. I left a messge with my name, phone number and the appointment time that I would like. I had to go the the airport for a flight for a business trip. I did not hear back from her before my flight. I had called a couple of more times and kept getting her voice mail but I did not leave a message because I did not want to seem like a pest. AFter I got on the plane I realized that I probably should have left her a message that my cell phone would be off for three and a half hours. All during the flight I was worried that she would try calling me back several times and get tired of trying. My worries were soon put to rest because about a half hour after I landed she called me. I do not know if she had tried while I was on the plane, I was just glad that we were able to get in touch. I asked her if it would be possible to set an appointment for 2 PM that Thursday. She checked her calendar and she was available and so we booked the appointment. She said that I should call about 1 to 1.5 hours before the appointment to confirm. It was hard to focus on business the next two days because I was really looking forward to Thursday. I live about 2 hours from Dallas so I left home early to allow me plenty of time to get there and called from my car 1.5 hours before the appointment.
