I am getting better at this as I learn to trust multiple TER reviews. NyQuil was a find. She does light screening, but was fine once I gave her my TER and 411 info. I texted to confirm on the morning of our scheduled appointment and she replied fast as usual even thro it was earlier than I told her I would confirm. Had some problem finding the location no fault of hers. she seemed irritated on the phone but was fine when I arrived (late) When I was trying to locate the house, she came out on the front steps and was much more petite than I expected, A pleasant surprise.
