I set up a time to meet Alex about a week in advance via email which was not a problem. I signed on for a 90 minute session as she was running a special for advanced bookings. Contacted Alex via email and got very fast responses from her service. While I needed to be verified, it was easy to set up an appointment with Vicki who was very accomodating in all respects. Called prior to my scheduled appointment and was given the address and when I arrived at the address, I phoned again and given the exact location.
