Contacted India in the morning and was pleased with her tone and diction. We set up an appointment for early afternoon as I had to battle lunchtime traffic to see her. We scheduled for an hour and I was looking forward to the visit. I was running late so I called her to tell her I was going to be about 20 minutes late. She said okay and for me to call when I arrived... For the non-VIP I will say there was only one hiccup and the rest of the visit was a HUGE WIN!
