Her pics are accurate - she's cute with a tight body. But the fun ends there. I would recommend for a quick visit, but she is not GFE.

I had been looking at her BP ads for several months. I had also called several times and we talked and exchanged text messages. I was hesitant because of some of her lackluster reviews; but I was intrigued by her low price and her gorgeous looking breasts that I read about on other reviews here. She quoted one low price on the phone, and I told her I would get back to her if I was interested. She texted me a few minutes later and told me an even lower price for 30 minutes. Game on....

My experience with just booking Julie was a frustrating one. Two no shows, with almost a third time of standing me up for an appointment . I happened to be still in town making arrangements with another BP girl, when she called and said she was available. She offered me a discount for my troubles and I thought it was very fair. I found out that it is best to book her at or after 4pm because she sleeps during the day. Booking her earlier was unsuccessful for me. I always wondered why she has so many reviews on this site because she does have less than stellar reviews here. I have drawn the conclusion that it is her looks that gets her booked. I agree with her reviews on her performance, but personally I found her ratings on her looks to be underrated. I thought that she was a GODDESS! She has purple hair and tattoos, which has sorta of a Goth look to her. I thought that she was built like a brick $hit house!!!! Beautiful to be honest! I booked her for an hour, but 30 minutes would have sufficed. She has a very limited menu, that an hour wouldn't be worthwhile IMHO. My hour was a little rushed, but given the fact that she has fantastic rates didn't bother me. You won't find a better looking provider with rates like hers. I had a nice time and as far as her performance, it was nothing earth shattering. I do recommend because she is absolutely gorgeous and I liked her personality.

Very easy to set up w/Julie, she's a very sweet and kind gal. Standard 2-call system, she's guides you into a South CLT hotel, easy to locate. Cluttered and messy, not the best atmosphere, but I wasn't there for a room makeover. Great in-person attitude, fun and cute gal...awesome body, she's all business when it comes to playtime. VIP's read-on. For non-VIP's, I will visit again.

Easy couple of calls brought me to a fairly shady hotel off Woodlawn. Got the room number and in I went. She was friendly but a little on the skinny side. If you look at her photos you can really tell the old from the new. She is thin and pale but definately sweet. I would repeat for a lower rate.

Called Ann and she was able to see me on short notice. She told me that she sleeps alot during the day so getting an AM appointment may be difficult. She sounded sleepy on the phone, she told me her location, it was a typical incall near the highway. She looks like her pics, nice spinner body, not very talkative. Regulars recieve discounts.

I saw Julie Anne on backpages and thought I'd give her a try, her pictures represented a very pretty girl. I drove to the motel where she asked me to pull around back, I parked next to a guy pacing around covered in tattoos who I think was her boyfriend. She called and asked me to come inside, I went to the room and opened the door where she answered. She seemed a lot skinnier and fatigued than in her pictures but she had a nice attitude. There was a metal baseball bat by the door and her boyfriend was just across her room outside, after I got past those facts, I got undressed and the fun began.

Seen her ad for a while. Finally decided to give it a try. She is totally my type. She is pretty, and she has a sexy body. Will repeat.

Saw Julie's ad on BP and she looked very hot so I decided to give her a call. She texted me back and forth a few times then we agreed on a time to meet and met at a mid-range hotel. As other reviewers stated, she's a little thinner in person than her pictures, and not really GFE. Fun time but probably won't repeat.

Normal 2/3 call routine. I was able to set up a visit on short notice. Once I arrived, the normal questions. The photos are accurate but she has cut her hair since they were taken. After a short introduction, we got a bit more comfortable. Non VIPs, I plan on return visits.

I've seen this girls pictures online for some time and finally had an opportunity to visit. I'm glad I did and will most likely repeat! She's got a great attitude, is smart, and unfortunately for us, probably won't be doing this for long. She's a great choice.

This was my first time contacting a provider and julie was very patient with me. 2 call system to a mid range hotel. The room smelled like smoke but that really doesn't bother me. Julie did her LE check then took the donation and went into the bathroom. She came out and we talked for about ten minutes. She could tell I was nervous and did a very good job of putting me at ease. She is very easy to talk to. It is her in her ad pics but appears thinner in person, still very pretty tho. After small talk we got comfy and the fun began. Non vips I will prob see her again.

I saw Julie while I was working in Charlotte a couple months ago, I called her she answered,and said she could be at my hotel in 15 min.(that kind of supprised me) but she was,Im kind of supprised by some of her average reviews.I thought this girl was really cute and had a fantastic body. and she left me with a big smile on my face! :)

Anne is the girl in the pictures but appears a bit rougher now than when the pics were taken. Still pretty though and there is no denying her body is fantastic. She has an obnoxious driver/boyfriend/whatever that I heard yelling at her when on the phone and called her phone during our time. She answered and told him to settle down. Overall she is cute and shows up. For her lower price it is worthwile. If you are looking for a date to take to the country club, keep on looking (based on my one experience with her).

She is not as attractive as the photos suggest but they are fair representation of her. She doesn't try to upsell or scam you, so she is reliable.

Typical 2 call system, she gave me directions to the hotel and when I arrived gave me the room number, she opened the door of the hotel building to let me in and guided me to the room. We got inside of it and then..... VIP's read on... Others I would recommend her.

Called Julie (sometimes goes by Anne or Julie Anne) and setup an incall visit. Hotel was on the lower end of the scale. Got to the hotel called and got the room number. Standard two call system. Got in the room and well, obviously not all hotels in Charlotte have gone non-smoking... Non-VIPs she is a legit provider, but that's the best complement I can give. Would not repeat.

I DECIDED TO SEE JULIE DESPITE THE MIX REVIEWS SINCE I LIKED HER PHOTOS AND THOUGHT SHE WAS KIND OF CUTE. SETTING UP APPOINTMENT WAS EASY . HER INCALL LOCATION WAS NOT THE GREATEST BUT EASY TO FIND. NON VIP'S SKIP THIS ONE. SHE IS NOT GFE AND NOT MOTIVATED.

Left the envelope on the table and we began with some idle chat. We soon moved to a few nice kisses then she asked if I wanted to get comfortable. Non-VIP's Overall fun girl, a little mechanical, time felt a little rushed but I did not mind, had other plans for the evening. I would recommend and will probably see again.

Had a scheduled appointment that turned into a no show, had seen Julie's postings and reviews, called and she was available on very short notice so away I went. Met her at her medium-to-low end incall and was very pleased with her appearance, VIPs read on
