Simple call and coordinated time with Gina. Very intelligent and easy going lady, and I was a able to coordinate with her easily. Arrived at nice hotel and she meet me at the door in night gown, very positive approach. Took me a few days to set up the appointment, and I have had experience with less flaky providers, but finally got it set up for 8:30 on a Sunday night.
