I read some good review for Yume Hanabi, so I decided to make an appointment after work. I easily made the appointment via text. I got to the location and made my way up the stairs. MMS met me at the top of the stairs and escorted me into the spa. We exchanged pleasantries in Chinese and she said that it was too long since she last saw me. She gave me some water and asked me to wait for Yume in the curtain-off area in the main hallway. Yume came to get me from the waiting area about 15 minutes after my schedule time. Yume speaks Japanese with limited English, but we were able to communicate without an issue.
