Tanya is from an agency in Montreal that works through email and website only. Sometimes I have had problems with this approach, but this time went without a hitch. The LAX hotel was actually in Redondo, about 7 miles south of the airport. The service was running a special, which they have doing lately since business has been down due to the recession.
