Setting up the appointment was the typical two call process. Left a voice message and a call was returned with ten minutes. Parking is available but you need a credit card for the meter. I parked about a block away off the main street with no problems. Got to her door and knocked a couple times with no answer. I was about three minutes early and didn't think it would be a big deal.
