She answered first time and we set up time and was suppose to call her back 15 min before session. I call 3 times every 10 min not wanting to be obsessive but frustrating when you schedule a session and they don't get back to you. Runs me around a little but finally meet up. She was very nice on phone and nice at the door...... went down hill from there.

Reviewers express a mixed experience with Selena, noting a lack of clarity in communication. One customer mentions that while the initial setup was smooth, the follow-up was frustrating due to difficulty in reaching the provider before the scheduled session. There are no clear positives highlighted in the reviews, and critical themes regarding staff responsiveness or service quality do not emerge strongly. Overall, the feedback suggests that while there is potential for effective service, the execution leaves room for improvement. The sentiment leans towards neutral, reflecting the single mixed review.
