She answered first time and we set up time and was suppose to call her back 15 min before session. I call 3 times every 10 min not wanting to be obsessive but frustrating when you schedule a session and they don't get back to you. Runs me around a little but finally meet up. She was very nice on phone and nice at the door...... went down hill from there.
