Setting up an appointment with Lexus was easy. I contacted her first by email a few hours before the time I wanted to meet. Then it was the typical two call system. She was in an average hotel which was fine. When I met her, just like her pictures, she is cute and energetic. She was very welcoming and greeted me with a hug. I found Lexus on BP, and some info here in TER. She was easy to get a hold of and I was able to schedule the same day. A real plus for me.
