Elle was very easy to contact by E-Mail--in fact she answered right away from p411, which hardly ever happens there. She is extremely professional and reasonable in her scheduling. She knows St. Paul as well!!! Even downtown, which is extremely rare. She was a bit late because of phone problems, but she called and let me know right away, so no inconvenience at all. This is my second review of Elle, it is difficult to put in words how much I enjoy my time with her.
