I was looking on Backpage.com for a provider with two features. One was a local provider because I prefer someone that is local with local clients. The apartment was on the third floor is a low income neighborhood. My appointment was during the day and I saw no problem with safety, just poor or low income folks. When I met Chelsea, she was much prettier than her photos, they were real and maybe just a year old. The appointment was everything I expected, at the agreed price and I felt very comfortable and like a very old friend. I will be repeating.
