Emailed Sinthia because of her special and as the reviewer before thought I would check out this regular on TER. She wasn't talkative on email but was in person. She explained she's not a big emailer which surprised me as she is all over TER. Overall a real nice lady and it was a special so don't know if normally things would have been different. Called Sinthia because of her special and thought I would check out this regular on TER. She was very accommodating as I was running late because of traffic, my commute ended being over an hour.
