This morning, I asked for a refund for my deposit and she's refusing to give it to me claiming I was late. 1) I was very communicative throughout the afternoon and evening. 2) She only gave me the address 30 minutes before. 3) I was only 15 minutes late and somehow someone else was already using the room.
