***ADMIN NOTE: PROVIDER DISPUTES REVIEW AND REVIEWER HAS NOT RESPONDED TO US *** She ditched me for the session and is now refusing to return the deposit, be warned. I reached out to Nya a few days before the scheduled date to set up a 9pm session. On the afternoon of the session, I reached out multiple times asking for confirmation and to ask if she was willing to push back to 10pm. At 830pm she said she cannot push back any later and finally provided me an address that was 45 minutes away. I made it to the provided location, a hotel. She then claimed someone else was using the room and we had to wait. I offered to book a different room, texted and called her multiple times until 1020 after which I left. At 11 she texted me saying she dozed off and now the room is available, but I reached out multiple times asking if I should make my way back to her and she didn't respond. This morning, I asked for a refund for my deposit and she's refusing to give it to me claiming I was late. 1) I was very communicative throughout the afternoon and evening. 2) She only gave me the address 30 minutes before. 3) I was only 15 minutes late and somehow someone else was already using the room.
