Texted Carter for an appointment after seeing her ad on RR. She promptly replied and we set a time. She was over an hour late to get started. Also, when arrived at her incall, had to wait another 20ish minutes for her to come get me. The time spent was good and did not feel rushed once we started. Overall I good time, but may not repeat.

I have read most of her reviews, & since I LOVE petite, slender little spinners, & blondes too boot, I was able to set up a "Spot Massage" session at her in-call. Nice room downstairs, nicely appointed, and she was accommodating, albeit a tad mechanical. But she is so easy on the eyes, it makes up for any non gfe performance issues for sure.

House is huge on the inside where you are lead to the basement. If you have seen her more than once she will take care of you better each time.
