Belinda is a very sweet girl and easy to talk to. Setting up the appointment was a little challenging but we worked through it. She was supposed to come to Chicago a couple of weeks ago but had to cancel at the last minute. I talked to her the day before our rescheduled appointment and she thought that she was going to have to delay her trip again, but fortunately that did not happen. I checked out Belinda's reviews and sent her an email. She was prompt and corteous in her response. We exchange a few emails and then spoke briefly to confirm a date and time.
