Have used this agency before, and this was another easy and responsive connection. Saw the reviews for Sa-rang, and I could see many others did as well as she was quite busy, but was able to find an available time. The usual set-up: you get the general area, and after confirming you have arrived and at the scheduled time you get the specific details. Greeted Sa-rang with a wonder kiss hello.
