A few weeks ahead of time I contacted Chloe to set up a meeting. She was top of my list for NYC, and she didn't disappoint. Originally set up a morning appointment in between a couple of meetings. Unfortunately I had to reschedule - Chloe was very understanding and was able to squeeze me in the following night. Arrived in her neighborhood and stopped in a shop for a bottle of bubbly. Once I stepped through that door and turned around my eyes lit up like fireworks. From head to toe this woman is HOT!!!!!!!!!!! I was intrigued with Chloe Carter’s outstanding reviews, so I contacted her wonderful assistant Angie and inquired about her availability during one of my business trip to NYC. Fortunately, Chloe was available and I proceeded to book a 2-hour appointment. I had such a fantastic experience, I had to fly back to NYC 11 days later just to see her again. I booked 2 appointments on that trip (one for 3 hours and second appointment for 1 hour). For non-VIPs, she’s the real deal. Chloe is drop dead gorgeous. Equally as important, she’s a wonderful person with a great attitude and outlook in life. She’s intelligent, a very good conversationalist, and a lot of fun to be around with. She will put you at ease the moment you enter her place. As a reminder, Chloe is ranked #6 in NYC, but in my humble opinion, she should be rated higher.

Arrangement of my overnight meeting with Chloe was simple, with Angie providing quick and painless screening. I spoke with Chloe by phone on the day prior to our meeting, and that only heightened my expectations. I asked whether she had any of my favorite lingerie and if she’d be willing to do a striptease. I had read her reviews and she was highly recommended, so i called and was put in touch with her assistant and was vetted and screened. once complete we confirmed my appointment for an early Friday night for two hours at her incall. Very easy direactions, nice upscale place. Got right to her door and she greeted me in a leopard motif negligee and in I went, will repeat and repeat....

First, I saw Chloe's profile several months ago and obviously to any person reading her review had to have some desire to meet her. Scheduling was easily done in advance through Chloe's website. She has an assistant and I had no trouble setting things up on her Chicago visit. Was trying to decide on seeing the great Chloe or another top NYC provider. Took to the TER for some opnions on which to see and most everyone agreed to see Chloe. After several months of failed attempts to secure an appointment.. I couldn't believe the response I got one day.. telling me that Chloe was indeed in town that day... AND was available.... Finally I was about to meet the famous CC... the one everyone's talks about.. even fellow providers... What a privilege.. almost as much as meeting the President ! But then you start to think: what if she is a total bitch? Am I all hyped up for nothing? she cannot possibly be that famous and well known... and still have her head on her shoulders... etc.. I was looking for a special experience so I checked the Top 100 listing and found some great scores and interesting reviews for Chloe. So I thought I would go over budget a little and although it’s painful to spend so much for an hour this woman makes it fun! She’s a California/Canadian girl and has all those attributes which make her somewhat exotic and fun for a New Yorker. I contacted her by email and she responded pretty quickly and then some screening and appointment-making through her able assistant Angie, all by email. It was a rainy night and traffic was horrendous giving me a loooong ride eventually to the West Side. Angie told me to call when I got to the intersection and she gave me the address and up I went. It was a cozy little apartment in a walk-up and when she opened the door I saw a beautiful busty blonde in the outfit I had requested. Screening process pretty typical - a couple references etc. Person who answers phone and does screening is a woman named Angie who is very nice. First, to the TER checkers, please, please, please either let me edit my prior reviews and mark them down or give me a new scale to rate this woman cause she is that special. I could exhaust a dictionary full of superlatives in much the same way that she exhausted me!!
