Chloe Carter Reviews

I had read many of Chloe's reviews and decided I had to see her. Set up was simple through her assistant who is very nice and helpful. Set up my appointment for 4 days later and could hardly wait for it. Showed up, she met me in the lobby wearing a classy outfit consisting of shorts and a silk shirt and up we went. She is my new ATF and I highly recommend seeing her, I will be repeating anytime she visits. This was her first time visiting and I hope she returns soon!

So I saw that Chloe was going to be on Long Island and I decided to see her. Easy set up and was on way to see her. When I arrived and she opened the door. I.......

I scheduled to meet Chloe in her hotel in Pittsburgh on her visit. Screening was easy as long as you are verified and have good references. I got up to the room and couldn't wait to go in. As soon as I walked in the door shut behind me and we started making out like high school kids. I laid the envelope on the desk and went into the bathroom to shower. Once I came out she was on the bed waiting in some sexy red bra and panties, red robe and red heels. The rest of the time was awesome and I would love to see her again.

Chloe was in Philadelphia for the day and I took a shot and was able to set up an appointment through P411 within an hour. Nice suite hotel in mid center city. Met her in the bar for a couple of drinks. Stunning woman. Her pics don't do her justice only because they hide her beautiful face. She kept whispering in my ear what she had planned for me and by the time we walked into her room, i was ready to go. Non VIPS, she's bucket list worthy.

Decided to reach out to Chloe since I have seen a few of her friends over the last couple of years. Contacted her assistant and made plans for the next day which were very easy to do since have have good references. I knew her assistant from a previous provider who she handled and it made the verification process easier. Also being on TER was very helpful. I wanted to see her first thing in the am . We agreed to meet for an hour on our first visit since I like to make it this way to find out if we click first before future visits. Met at her incall and the room was being cleaned so she was a little late seeing me,, not a big deal. Once we met she really like me and I knew I was in for a real treat right away. She has a wonderful personality which makes you feel like you have known her for a long time.

I saw Chloe about a year and one half ago, and have been waiting to meet up with her again. Needless to say she is the absolute best provider I have been with over the years, and she keeps getting better and better. She looks amazing with her admitted recent weight loss, her figure is so sexy, you cant help yourself when you are with here. Do not miss ANY opportunity to see her. VIPs read

We agreed to meet for an hour on our first visit since I like to make it this way to find out if we click first before future visits. Met at her incall and she came down to meet me in a very hot black dress with stockings, I knew I was in for a real treat right away. I had been trying to catch up with Chloe ever since I had to cancel last minute two and half years ago. But she rarely comes to Seattle (that could change!!) and I just kept missing her in Chicago. So when I found out that she was making a second stop in Vegas during her west coast tour while I was there, I jumped at the opportunity and was fortunate enough to spend time with her at her in call and then go out for dinner and a show. Hanna was great in setting things up with a couple of days notice. Met at her hotel, which was one where she needed to come down to bring me up. Out of the elevator walks this relaxed, beautiful woman in a flannel shirt. Quiet elevator ride until the other passengers got off, then this devilish smile comes over her face and we are old friends heading for a good time. What can I say about Chloe that hasn't been said in her many outstanding reviews?... she is everything described and more as her spirit and smarts are hard to capture in words... but I will try....

I had been wanting to meet Chloe for sometime and never able to get our travel schedules to align. Well even the sun shines on a dog's ass once in a while. I contacted Chloe via P411 and was immediately screened with ease by her great assistant Hanna. Non VIPs, Chloe is a sexual dynamo who exceeds her reviews. This woman has limitless energy so eat your Wheaties and pack a lunch fellas because she is simply phenomenal. She is an absolutely wonderful woman that has to be experienced! A true item for any man's bucket list.

On a recent trip to DC I was searching for a spectacular once in a lifetime provider. After much research the name of Chloe Carter kept jumping off the review page at TER. I made the initial inquiries with her very able assistant and after a few emails had a 1.5 hour visit scheduled at her local suburban NOVA in call. A short 20 minute cab ride later I was met by a beautiful and bubby smoking hot blond......

Was able to locate Chloe's profile on TER and thought it would be a great match. Worked through the screening process with Hanna her excellent assistant to get screened. We were able to get our schedules aligned well in advance so we could meet while I was in town on business. I received the in-call location info the night before. I arrived a little early and let her know I was here. Non-Vip I highly recommend a visit with her. VIP's read on...

Amazingly, Chloe is hotter than her terrific pictures suggest. She is an in-control, sex machine. Incredible experience and well worth the investment. I'll see her in DC every trip going forward. Rush to contact her.

Chloe and I have been friends for years, though this is the first time I have seen her in three years. She is even more exciting and full of life today than the first time I met her. She is the best friend I have in this business, someone I would trust in numerous ways and many situations. She arrived at the hotel looking absolutely great, wearing a classic white hat. But that was not enough for Chloe. First, she put candles throughout the bedroom part of my suite, turned on some great music, and changed into a red spandex cutout dress that simply defied description. We talked for a long while, catching up on life over these years. Then she gently pushed me onto the bed and began quietly, softly, beautifully DFK. It worked.

I saw Chloe's ad and the stellar reviews and after looking at her website I contacted her via the form. Very easy and smooth.

This is the second time I’ve seen Chloe. The first time was during a 3-hour doubles session with a mutual friend who is now UTR. Chloe wasn’t initially supposed to be part of our tryst, but another other lady had to back out at the last minute and I was asked if I minded if Chloe Carter “substitutes” in? Being relatively new at the time, I had heard of her (who hasn’t in this industry?), but I didn’t know what a true “Rock Star” she was until I did my research. It took me about 20 minutes of reading her reviews and perusing her website before I said YES, YES, PLEASE! Since that session, I’d been trying to arrange a one-to-one meeting with her. She was in the midst of moving from Chicago to Washington, DC and traveling in Europe. After 4 long months, we finally were able to meet in my hometown for a 2 hour date. We picked up right where we left off back in August like long lost friends. Chloe is an amazing woman and despite her reputation of being a wild, non-stop sexual dynamo (it’s all true, btw), she’s also a down-to-earth, charming, and fun lady. I really enjoyed our time together and will be seeking out her company as often as she chooses to visit my city. We met at her in-call – a wonderful suite, in a trendy, up-scale hotel in the center of the city. We had to meet in the lobby and she was dressed in unassuming tee-shirt and comfortable jeans so as not to attract attention. But I can tell you, even seeing her in that casual attire would make anyone’s head turn – she’s that stunning. She reminds me of the girl you see across the bar who you can’t take your eyes off of, then when she catches you watching, you blush and quickly look away, but then you both continue to make eye contact until one of you finally has the courage to approach the other. After quietly moving from the elevator to her room, with only a few whispered words between us, we closed the door behind us and embraced in a long, deep kiss. “Hello beautiful, it’s been too long”, I say. We spend a few minutes catching up, as Chloe finds some appropriate music to play. Then she shows me her vast lingerie collection and lets me pick – Like a kid in a candy store, I looked over the colors and styles as if I was struggling to decide which of my favorite candies I wanted. I’ll have the red one please… Non-VIPs, If you have the opportunity to see her, don’t miss out – but come rested, hydrated, and willing to stretch you boundaries. Highly, highly recommended. VIPs, read on…

Chloe is one of the most beautiful blondes I have ever met. Her big twinkling hazel eyes and luscious full lips with an accent border really melt my heart. She has a beautifully and naturally proportioned hourglass figure of 36D-26-36. I love her long blonde hair, I love her natural youthful breasts and I love her from hair to toes. Her entire body is super-clean and tastes amazingly fresh. Her attitude is “You can do anything you want to do. I am here for you.” However, she prefers to be treated like a girl friend not a porn star. She is sexy, intelligent, accommodating and a genuine person. Chloe is a phenomenal lovelady and is just fun to spend time with. If you want to find a beautiful, amazing and superhot woman and have a memorable time and pleasurable experience, I will highly recommend Chloe to you.

Messaged her on a Sunday for a Tuesday appointment through P411. Fast response, call back and set up. It honestly has never been this smooth and friendly and ended so wonderfully. There is most certainly a reason she has so many reviews; it's because she really is good enough to talk about and share. Repeat... repeat...repeat....

Filled out Chloe's contact sheet and she emailed me the next day to say she was booked at the exact time I had requested. She said I was easy to verify and that she would love to meet me. Anyhow, on a whim I asked how about this afternoon? Her answer was ... Coolio! I told her a time and game was on! She soon emailed me her address and told me she would see me at the time I requested that afternoon and told me be ready to be spoiled! To non VIP'ers she is unfriggin believable. Chloe was put on this earth to please men! It is hardwired in her DNA!

The review is a bit delayed but what else can I add that hasn't already been described about Chloe. She is outstanding! Great personality and definitely aims to please. Pretty straight forward set up through p411. Arrived on time at her incall which is very nice and upscale. She met me downstairs and up we went. Chloe looks great and performs even better. She is without a doubt a must see. VIP read on...
