Set up through p411 was easy. A couple of e-mails, then phone call the day of our appointment. North Downtown location was nice, upscale with easy parking. She was not quite ready when I got there. Her eyes weren't done. Waited between 10 and 15 minutes before I got the security code and condo number. Very nice and clean, well furnished place.
