I'm not typically an agency guy - but this one came with glowing recommendations. Screening was as tough as I've ever had to go through. Great communication through booker. Got to location and was greeted by a beautiful woman who looked exactly like her photos (other than a slight change in hair highlights). I immediately knew the screening was worth it.

Siena has a stunning body and friendly face (her photos are obviously retouched but pretty accurate) but her service was somewhat disappointing. I was surprised given the positive nature of her previous reviews. Maybe I caught her on an off day, but in any case I wouldn't repeat.

Siena/Karina might be the quintessential K-girl experience: consistent performance in an attractive package within a certain price point. At the same time, there's somewhat of a high floor/low ceiling to be expected.

I have seen Sienna several times, in Philadelphia and because she is so pretty and fun I make the treck to Northern Virginia to see her when she is working down there. She is a real sweetheart with a pretty face and a great body. She smiles the whole time and folds your close etc etc. A great GFE experience and I will visit her whenever she is in the area because she is just pleasant to be around.
