Vivi receives a mixed reception from customers, reflecting a balance of positive and negative experiences. Many reviewers appreciate the attractive looks of Vivi, noting that she resembles her photos, albeit with some mentioning minor photo editing. The ease of appointment setup and quick responses from the point of contact are also highlighted as positives. However, several customers express dissatisfaction with the overall service quality, suggesting it does not always match the appealing appearance. Some describe the accommodations as low-end motels, which detracts from the experience. While some find value in trying Vivi, others feel that the service could be improved. Overall, the sentiment is mixed, with a notable number of customers feeling that Vivi is worth a try, but with reservations about the service provided.
