Easy to reach PO set up same day appointment. Prompt and simple directions. Place was easy to find and afternoon parking was not a problem. The entrance is through a locked garage door. Appointment starts with a bit of "open sesame" magic. Walk in to a quiet complex on the first floor and once you step up, the door opens to greet you in. Mia is very cute and very smiley.
