Easy contact via email - responded with call back number and pictures. Confirmed on the day of appointment. Her arrival at my hotel was delayed several times - a comedy of errors, but well worth the wait. When she arrived, we shared some wine and cheese - a very nice, interesting person and very easy to talk to. After a while she excused herself to get ready and suggested I get comfortable.
