Screening was definitely clunky... her assistant is very curt and abrupt with her messages. Also her site is locked down and requires a password so I relied on p411 for my guidance and big surprise after screening started - she doesn't use it and 100% donation expected as a deposit- relooking at message it's there at the bottom of email below signature but not as obvious as other ladies expectations.
