As the reviews have mentioned, she's a bit older than her photos but not by much. I would agree that the picture of her and the remote control would best show what she looks like today. Scheduling was extremely easy and following directions to the location is easy. Parking was not an issue. Was greeted by her as she was hiding behind the door but as the door closed, it was as if we were long time best friends. Book with confidence and I would definitely repeat.
