I've seen Carrie 4-5 times. She is a therapist with a cool personality. She can be both talkative and massage in silence, depending on your preference. I usually start off very chatty and then quiet down as the massage progresses, which she respects.
Carrie offers a very nice traditional, sensual massage. She is comfortable with a range of light to deep tissue and prides herself on providing an actual massage.
I've experienced the gamut of massages (retail chains, independents, amps, body rub parlors), and Carrie's therapeutic massage ranks up with the best of them. It's unusual to find someone with her massage skills that is willing to provide a very non-conservative (i.e., like the typical retail spa-type location) massage. Her draping varies, depending on the massage and client, and she offers a nice glutes massage plus more.
Carrie's location is in a small, run-down office building. She has a shared lobby with a few other business (e.g., hypnotherapist, bookkeeper), but in all the times I've been there (all weekdays), I haven't seen anyone else. Also, Carrie is usually on-time, so I haven't spent much time waiting. Although, the location isn't up-scale, it is very discrete -- probably the most discrete location I've ever visited. The private parking lot is in the back of the building and rarely has other cars parked there. The general part of town is okay too -- Central Phoenix, so mixed, but would never think "bad" part of town -- and easy for me to access from both home and work.
