As others have mentioned, she is a massage therapist who an active license unlike most who do not. She can talk to you if you start the conversation or stay quiet if you do as well. Carrie's location used to be in central Phoenix but she has moved around to a few other locations so as of now, I'm not sure where she is. However if she does appear again I would not hesitate to see her.
