I have seen Penelope several times over the past few years. Its always a good time, She doesn't disappoint. Its a 2 call system like most girls. She has a nice condo in mesa with an upstairs bedroom. Nice atmosphere. Sometimes you may sit on the couch and she will offer you a drink. When the time is right Penelope will take you upstairs for some adult fun!
