I had been watching Natalia's ads for awhile, and one snowy day in January, when another provider was unable to see me, I decided to give her a call. She picked up right away and sounded very sweet, polite, and accommodating over the phone. My timing must have been perfect, for after the standard two calls, I was able to meet her within the hour.
