Dianna is new to the industry and a very sweet girl. She's very cautious and she should be, so be prepared to have some kind of verification. Dianna and I have been texting/calling each other for several weeks. My schedule is very busy and it can be difficult to schedule something ahead of time. Finally, it worked out and I'm glad it did.
