I was going to be in her area on business and had seen her ad and thought I would give her a try. I made the initial phone call and we agreed upon a time and she asked that I give her a call when I was in town. As I was interested in full service I asked the question and was told yes it was full service. The lesson I learned was my definition of full service obviously wasn't hers.
