I tried to connect with Soyeoung and lined up the appointment. When I arrived, I learned that my appointment slot had been given away because somebody wtih a similar first name had canceled his appointment, and the scheduler thought it was me canceling. I was not a happy camper. I called a few days later, and even though it was a different scheduler, he knew about the mistake and gave me an appropriate discount. Getting in to the incall was a little bit of a hassle, but we got that figured out.
