Standard AAMP. Texted a few times to set up for same day appointment. Street parking was available, directions a tad confusiong, but apartement was easy to find. Apartment is a little on the sketchy side, complex and unit, but everything turned out okay. Serious upsell for lower than average service. Generally, she offers a legitimate service and you can proceed with confidence. But the massage was sub par, the end price was to high, and she looked nothing like the photographs. So it's a sure bet, but I woudln't recommend.
