I hadn’t gotten any replies from more well known providers so I gambled on an agency. They over pictures of beautiful 20 something models and I agreed. When I got there I texted and they said she needed a 5 mins to get ready. 10 mins later I said I was going to leave. They said just a couple more minutes. I drove to a different spot near the motel. Finally got the room number. I walk up knock and the door is opened. Behind the door is a short old woman and I said nope sorry.

Reviews for Cici reveal a largely negative experience among customers. One reviewer mentions a somewhat positive interaction, noting some engaging communication prior to the meeting, but ultimately describes the encounter as disappointing, highlighting the low-quality setting. In contrast, another reviewer expresses frustration over a lack of responsiveness and feels misled by the agency's promotional images of attractive models. Common complaints include inadequate communication and a failure to meet expectations regarding the quality of service and environment.
