Reviewers express a mixed experience with Chanel, highlighting both positive and neutral aspects. One customer appreciates the pleasant interaction and the effort put into the meeting, noting that Chanel presented herself well. However, another reviewer mentions a less favorable experience, describing a typical two-call system that led to a disappointing location, which detracted from the overall impression. While the positive review emphasizes a satisfactory encounter, the critical feedback points to issues with expectations versus reality, particularly regarding the setting. Overall, the sentiment reflects a balance of appreciation for Chanel's presentation and service, tempered by some logistical concerns.
